Over 1.5 billion people around the world are affected by hearing loss. It limits a person’s ability to work, socialize and enjoy everyday life, and can even lead to a significant decline in mental and physical health.

MED-EL is dedicated to help people overcome hearing loss as a barrier to communication and quality of life. The medical technology company, headquartered in Innsbruck and operating globally, specializes in the development and manufacturing of implantable hearing systems.

The web series "Mona hört zu" (english: "Mona Listens") adopts a FAQ format, covering a wide range of topics related to hearing, including the everyday experiences of individuals with hearing implants. Collaborating with web host Mona Shani, I created an intro that aligns with both her personality and the MED-EL brand. The 15-second intro incorporates graphic elements, bold warm colors, and catchy music.

Inspiration from sound waves.
The intro I designed draws inspiration from sound waves, aiming to pique curiosity through its dynamic approach. The integration of MED-El implants as image elements seamlessly aligns with the overall composition.
